Draft of our storybook:

In our storybook, there will be a cover page and an introductory page for the characters. In the first part of the story,it will show Ike riding his bike home and he looks happy.
The next part is when out of the sudden, 2 soldiers came and attempted to take Ike's bike away without Ike allowing him to.
Then, Ike's father, Dad, came out of the house and  the soldiers asked Dad to let them take the bike.
After taking the bike and going off, Dad felt guilty and he apologized and told Ike that he promised to get another bike for Ike one day.
In the end, the story ends with Ike and Dad hugging each other.

The house will be the main background and the sharon trees/bushes will be used to decorate the area around the house. The whole scene will be on the road. When the focus is on the characters, the background will shrink a little to let the children notice the characters more. The texts, will be on the road, on a pop-up.
