To open the book in the right way, you have to flip the pages downward piece by piece slowly. Even thought there are lots of cardboard at the back to support the pages, it may still be a little fragile so please flip with care.

This is what that are suppose to be in the presentation slides. This is what we are going to do. We are going to plan EVERYTHING. the background, the text, etc. Then, one person will type it all our and maybe another could do the editing and one more maybe could design the background and make it nice. Why choose pop-up book?

We choose to do pop-up book because we think that it will attract the kids attention to continue reading it. It is also a challenge to make the pop-up book as paper are very fragile and hard to stand. In a nutshell, we are choosing the pop-up theme to bring the story out.

These websites was where we surfed when illustrating the book.

This is an example of a book that had inspired us all to draw and paint the book. This book "No,David!" is done by David Shannon.


















The illustration was perfectly suited for children as it is simple and easily understood. We decided to make our illustration inside and out like this. Drawn simply and painted. It is an inspiration to us all as it shows the simplicity a children's book should be. Because of that, we have decided to use this book as a guide to make a children's book of our own by following certain painting methods and the creativity of the illustrator.
